It was a magnificent and comfortable location short walk to Baytown and restaurants. Clean room with a king-sized bed, the staff was VERY FRIENDLY.

Location good . Breakfast good . TV blaring in next room rattling walls. They did not even attempt to clean our room . Left a note instead . I paid just like the others did .
Parking-18 wheelers took up MOST parking spots. I’m not the only one that complained about parking . There was a Tanker taking up at least 8 spaces and 2 other bobtail 18 wheelers taking up 8 more . Ridiculous!

the place was fairly clean, nice rooms. we got a room with a tub. central heating, cable tv and a microwave oven were provided for a truly memorable stay for a road trip overnight. location: the hotel was very close to houston, and restaurants and shopping nearby.

I enjoyed staying here because it was just a few steps from Waffle House for breakfast and almost 3 km from Pirates Bay Water Park, perfect for some family fun in the sun. Our Queen Room was spacious enough for all of us.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The staff member at check-in was accommodating, and the room was adequately spacious for our family. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants within walking distance. Noise levels at night were disruptive. Better soundproofing would enhance the experience. Consider a room on a higher floor to mitigate this.

The queen room with two queen beds was clean and the bed comfortable. The hot water issues were frustrating, with lukewarm water on the first morning and ice-cold water by the last morning. Communication from the staff was lacking, as no one informed me about the situation despite it being a significant inconvenience. Although I received 10,000 points in compensation, it didn't fully address the experience.

We enjoyed visiting the Downtown Aquarium and the local waterpark. The location was super convenient, and the rooms were really comfortable for our group. The staff was friendly and helpful .
The only downside was the noise from the trash trucks that woke us up too early on some days. It was a bit disruptive to our sleep.
